We have advised the minority shareholder on the sale of 20% of shares in UAB Saulės grąža.
Saulės grąža is one of the leading solar energy companies in Lithuania engaged in the installation of solar power plants. Following this transaction, UAB SG Investicijos has become the sole shareholder of UAB Saulės grąža and is planning further development of its business.
