Masiva Group, which runs the parcel delivery platform siuskpigiau.lt and develops other e-commerce businesses, has acquired 100% of the crowdfunding platform Contribee from Co-investment Fund II, a sub-fund of the venture capital fund Coinvest Capital, and other investors and founders of the crowdfunding platform Contribee. Having taken full control of the platform, Masiva Group will continue to operate it with a new team.
Founded in 2023, Masiva Group also controls the e-commerce retailer Technologijų Era, the parcel delivery platform siųskpigiau.lt, and Tera Group Europe, an international e-commerce company. Acquired by Masiva Group using its own financial resources, Contribee becomes part of the Group.
In the words of Mindaugas Šilkūnas, sole owner and managing director of Masiva Group, and now CEO of Contribee, ‘I believe that Contribee has generated a good, meaningful, and viable idea. It deserves to be preserved <…>. This is a challenging but interesting project, so I’ll step back from running other companies to focus on it’.
