Glimstedt’s Senior Associate Renata Jankutė-Timofejenko specializes in business disputes. She has extensive experience in acting for various corporations and financial institutions, key executives and shareholders in contract claims, tort litigation, lawsuits for breach of fiduciary duty, and shareholder disputes. She was teaching civil law in the Institute of Private Law at the Law School of Mykolas Romeris University for five years, and now provides training for lawyers on contract and tort law, civil law, and publishes articles on different aspects of law.
