Senior Associate Justinas Poderis is recognised for his experience in energy, public procurement, PPP, transport and shipping matters. He has advised clients on a variety of strategic energy projects including the construction of the Visaginas NPP, decommissioning of the Ignalina NPP, LNG terminal, development of renewable energy resources, improvement of energy efficiency in public buildings, construction of transmission pipelines, shale gas extraction, conversion of energy production system from gas into bio-fuel, etc.

Justinas Poderis also has extensive experience in transport and shipping. He has advised both local and international clients on various legal matters relating to the sale and reorganisation of fisheries, sale of seagoing vessels, time-charters/bareboat charters, capacity (GT/kW) transfer, fishing quota swaps, registration of vessels, changing of flags on vessels, ship loading. Justinas Poderis represents clients in disputes over fishing quotas and arrest of vessels.
