Professor Dr Solveiga Vilčinskaitė (Palevičienė)

Managing Partner

Prof. Solveiga Vilčinskaitė (Palevičienė) is the Managing Partner at Glimstedt Business Law Firm with its offices situated on both sides of the Baltic Sea: Lithuania, Sweden, Latvia, and Estonia. Her practice covers a wide range of corporate litigation as well as commercial and investment arbitration at both the domestic and international levels. Solveiga Vilčinskaitė (Palevičienė) has been designated as a recommended arbitrator of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) by the Government of Lithuania to serve as a regular arbitrator at national and international arbitration centers. She received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS), a joint program of the University of Geneva Law School and the Graduate Institute (IHEID). In 2022, she finished the Advanced Management Program in IESE Business School and the Program of Leading the Law Firm of the Future at Harvard Law School. Solveiga Vilčinskaitė (Palevičienė) is a professor at Mykolas Romeris University currently teaching comparative tort law and international investment law. Formerly, she was serving as the Chief Legal Advisor to the President of Lithuania, and the Chief Advisor to the Chairman of the Civil Division of the Supreme Court of Lithuania, which gave her extensive experience in management. She has been appointed Grand Officer of the Royal Norwegian Order of Merit by the King of Norway.
