Partner Marius Embrektas is recognised for his experience and expertise in PPP, infrastructure and energy. He has advised the private and public sector customers in the most prominent PPP projects in Lithuania such as renovation of street lighting systems in Vilnius, development of courts infrastructure in Vilnius, construction of Balsiai School. He has represented clients in large-scale infrastructure projects and advised on various issues such as development of a new nuclear power plant, conversion of Vilnius energy production system from gas to bio-fuel, implementation of measures for the control of national traffic violation, upgrading the public transport system in Riga, etc. Attorney-at-Law Marius Embrektas has extensive depth and experience in dispute resolution. He assists both national and international clients before the national courts and arbitral tribunals relating to corporate, contract, insurance, bankruptcy, restructuring and other matters, also in administrative disputes. He is experienced in corporate disputes and business conflict management.
He advises the largest Lithuanian fishing companies engaged in fishing and shipping both in the Baltic Sea and distant waters on various legal matters.
