Dr Feliksas Miliutis is one of the key members of Energy & Infrastructure group. Feliksas has been engaged in the management of key energy and infrastructure projects and has been providing legal consultations to public and private parties on various PPP, public procurement and competition law and regulatory as well as other EU law issues. Feliksas also has substantial experience in corporate and M&A matters. He was giving lectures for university students on EU company law.
