Partner Egidijus Bernotas co-chairs energy and litigation practice groups. He has over 20 years of experience in M&A, PPP, concession and private equity transactions, ranging from large-scale privatization transactions in the beginning of the nineties to recent complex private equity deals involving leveraged financing and cross-border regulatory issues as well as acting for institutional investors. He has been continuously advising on most prominent recent deals in Lithuania. Egidijus Bernotas serves as member of the board in Credit union Neris.
