Dr. Saulius Aviža

Dr. Saulius Aviža is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in business development, shareholder relations, real estate development and financing, as well as renewable energy projects. He regularly advises clients on complex legal matters and represents them in both court and arbitration proceedings. Recognized for his expertise in dispute resolution, he is listed as a recommended arbitrator by the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration (VKAT) and frequently serves as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.

In addition to his legal practice, Dr. Aviža is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Vilnius University, where he teaches family and inheritance law. He is also a member of the Civil Code Supervision Committee of the Republic of Lithuania, appointed by the Minister of Justice to contribute to the ongoing development of civil law.
