Associate Partner Audrius Žvybas specializes in banking and finance law, financial restructuring and rehabilitation, as well as insolvency law. He has been advising the clients on complex M&A transactions involving various financing schemes and securities and ranging from local national business transfers to large scale international acquisitions and mergers. As a recommended arbitrator of Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration, he is also an active member of GLIMSTEDT Dispute Resolution practice group, particularly in the field of international commercial arbitration and has represented the clients in all major arbitration institutions – ICSID, ICC, VIAC, SCC.
