Solveiga Palevičienė was designated to the ICSID Panel of Conciliators by the Lithuanian Government

The ICSID Convention entitles each Member State to designate up to four persons to the Panel of Arbitrators and up to four persons to the Panel of Conciliators. The Government of the Republic of Lithuania has designated Dr Solveiga Palevičienė, LL.M and Associated Partner at GLIMSTEDT, to become one of the four conciliators designated by Lithuania, the other three being Messrs Raimundas Moisejevas, Rimantas Simaitis and Kęstutis Švirinas.

The arbitrators and conciliators listed on the Panels are available for selection to ICSID Tribunals, Conciliation Commissions and ad hoc Committees.  The Panel lists are used most often to appoint arbitrators and conciliators where the parties are unable to agree on a nominee.
