Senior associate dr. Feliksas Miliutis gave a presentation on legal aspects of Lithuanian standard energy efficiency services (ESCO) based PPP procurement and liabilities of parties of the Model energy performance contract (EnPC). The presentation was given in a practical seminar organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Energy, Public Investment Development Agency, EBRD, KPMG Baltics and Ekotermija.
