Paulius Gruodis becomes new Law Firm partner

Paulius Gruodis has been promoted to become the eighth partner at the Vilnius Office of Law Firm Bernotas & Dominas GLIMSTEDT as from the 1st of January 2013. He will be heading the Firm’s Corporate Law Group together with Partner Remigijus Jakutis.

Paulius Gruodis has been working for Bernotas & Dominas GLIMSTEDT since 2002 and has gained considerable professional experience in counselling clients on major local and cross-border M&A transactions and also in the areas of corporate law, energy law and international franchising.

He also sits on the Board of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
