Bauwerk Holding AG, a leading manufacturer of parquet flooring, acquired 100% of the shares of BOEN AS to form the Bauwerk Boen Group.
In the Republic of Lithuania Boen Group was advised by GLIMSTEDT on the various sale issues. GLIMSTEDT assisted in successful negotiations and drafted transaction documents in connection with the purchase of shares of minority shareholders of Lithuanian companies within Boen Group.
