As of 1 February 2018, Partner Linas Sesickas has been appointed Managing Partner of GLIMSTEDT Vilnius Office.
Linas Sesickas heads the Firm’s Banking and Finance practice and has almost 20 years of experience in advising on banking, financing, insolvency, restructuring and financial rehabilitation, real estate financing and concession matters. He has been advising clients on various legislation projects, such as public procurement, gambling and lotteries, consumer credits, credit unions, forestry, fishery and advertising regulation and specializes in complicated shareholder dispute cases. Linas Sesickas holds a Master of Law, International Business, International Relations and Philosophy from Vilnius University and is The Legal 500 recommended banking, finance and capital markets lawyer.
Linas Sesickas succeeded Egidijus Bernotas who served as Managing Partner of GLIMSTEDT for the past three years.
