Kesko is selling K-rauta Baltic operations to Senuku prekybos centras

GLIMSTEDT advising Senuku prekybos centras in purchaising K-rauta Baltic stores from Finnish retailer Kesko. Kesko is going to sell the shares in its wholly owned companies responsible for the operations of K-rauta stores in Latvia and Estonia.
