At the Human Resource Management Conference organised by Verslo Žinios on 9 June 2016, Inga Klimašauskienė, Associate Partner, talked on the subject relevant to the Lithuanian labour market today – namely, on how to deal with the lack of qualified labour force by making use of certain legal possibilities, first of all of those afforded by the inflexible currently existing employment regulation, and also by exploiting such other possibilities as distance work, fixed-term employment contracts, etc. The employment regulation to be provided for by the new Labour Code was also touched upon in the presentation.
