Glimstedt advised Vastint on conducting a sale of office buildings to Eastnine for €35.5 million

Eastnine, a Swedish capital investment company, agreed to acquire office properties in Lithuanian and Latvian capitals from Vastint, an international real estate organization, for €35.5 million. Glimstedt advised Vastint on the Lithuanian part of the contract – the acquisition of 6,900 sq. m UNIQ Business Centre at number at 12A A. Goštauto Street in Vilnius.

According to Jurgita Zakarauskienė, working remotely on large and complex deals has already become a new reality for the team. “There are challenges though that teach us new things each time we cope with them. It is only symbolic that the said contract for sale of the innovative office building, which is well-suited for employees, has been drafted by us working mainly from home,” says Glimstedt’s Senior Associate.

Glimstedt’s long-term client Vastint Lithuania and Vastint Latvia belong to Interogo Holding AG, an international company. At present, Vastint Lithuania owns commercial buildings on Gedimino Avenue, develops Business Garden Vilnius, a business park, and is ready to implement Radvilų valda, a commercial and residential real estate project in Vilnius. It also owns a territory for the development of a hotel in Palanga.

The legal team consisted of Jurgita Zakarauskienė ir Petras Navardauskas, Artūras Bakšys, Jolita Čėsnė, Laura Tunkevičiūtė and  Giedrė Rimkūnaitė- Manke.
