GLIMSTEDT has represented the owners of Rörproduktion i Sverige AB on the sale of all shares in the company to Sandbäcken Utveckling AB.

Rörproduktion i Sverige AB is one of Sweden’s leading suppliers of pipe engineering services. It is expected that the company will have sales of approximately SEK 240 million in 2017. 

GLIMSTEDT team consisted of Attorney at Law Andreas Thunholm Sundén and Attorney at Law Frida Mattsson, both in Norrköping.
