The law firm GLIMSTEDT has advised Svenska Handelsfastigheter in the acquisition of a real estate portfolio from Standard Life Investments European Property Growth Fund for a purchase price of approximately SEK 530 million. The shares of the companies owning the real estate were transferred to the purchaser.
The portfolio consists of seven commercial properties located in Falun, Västerås, Gävle, Huddinge and Kungsbacka. The properties have a total rentable area of approx. 31,100 square meters, many of the tenants are well-known brands such as furniture and interior design chains Jysk, Chilli, Intersport, clothing chain Lager 157, and Elgiganten.
