GLIMSTEDT has advised Offentliga Hus i Norden, AB (publ) in the issue of corporate bonds of SEK 400 million within a framework limit of SEK 700 million.
Offentliga Hus has successfully issued unsecured corporate bonds of SEK 400 million with maturity term in June 2021. The issued bonds were oversubscribed. GLIMSTEDT has advised Offentliga Hus and its owners in the transaction. For more information about the transaction see offentligahus.se.
