GLIMSTEDT advised Svenska Handelsfastigheter on the acquisition of a property portfolio from Niam for a purchase price of approximately SEK 1.6 billion.
The portfolio consists of eight commercial properties located in Kalmar, Norrköping, Gävle, Mora and Umeå and has a total leaseable area of more than 100,000 sq.m.
