GLIMSTEDT advised Svenska Handelsfastigheter on acquiring a property portfolio of SEK 1.6 billion

GLIMSTEDT advised Svenska Handelsfastigheter on the acquisition of a property portfolio from Niam for a purchase price of approximately SEK 1.6 billion.

The portfolio consists of eight commercial properties located in Kalmar, Norrköping, Gävle, Mora and Umeå and has a total leaseable area of ​​more than 100,000 sq.m. GLIMSTEDT team consisted of partners Johan Stridbeck and Jan Litborn, attorneys at law Alexander Camitz and Caroline Söderberg, as well as associates  Nicklas Bexelius, Jennifer Bergstedt, Mica Hultgren, Martin Henning, Fredrik Söderblom and Jan Öhgren.
