GLIMSTEDT advises the seller in the Pullman-Ermator Group sale to Husqvarna

The law firm GLIMSTEDT has advised Bevaclean Import, AB in the negotiations and sale of the Pullman-Ermator Group to an American subsidiary of Husqvarna. The target company with very strong growth in recent years is the market leader in dust and concrete sludge handling solutions such as dust separators, dry and wet vacuum cleaners and air cleaners for the construction industry.

GLIMSTEDT team was led by partners Carin Lettius and Michael Lettius, both from the Helsingborg office.
