GLIMSTEDT advises the owners of Mekka Traffic in the sale to the Cube II infrastructure fund

GLIMSTEDT has advised the owners of Mekka Traffic AB in the sale of 60% of the company’s shares to the Luxembourg-based infrastructure fund Cube.

Mekka Traffic, AB owns, among other companies, the subsidiary Bergkvarabuss, AB, established in 1975, and is Sweden’s largest family-owned bus hire company with a market-leading position. Mekka group owns about 1.100 vehicles and has approximately 2.000 employees in Sweden and abroad.
