GLIMSTEDT advised UAB Veika, ink manufacturing company, on the sale of the part of the business –
manufacturing and distribution of Ecosolvent ink Eco Balance and distribution business of digital printing PVC wallpaper Decojet’s – to Mimaki Lithuania, UAB. The value of the deal is confidential.
The transaction ended in March 2017.
UAB Veika is a producer of water and solvent-based printing inks and coatings for screen, gravure and flexo as well as for inkjet printing. Its product application field is the wall-covering industry, as well as wide format digital printing.
Mimaki Engineering Co. Ltd. is the digital printing technology giant. Mimaki Engineering Co. Ltd. is publicly listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange.
