The law firm GLIMSTEDT advises the owners of Kanonaden Entreprenad, AB in the sale of 70% of the company’s shares to a leading Norwegian construction and industrial group AF Gruppen.
The transaction includes the wholly owned subsidiaries Kanonaden Entreprenad Öst, AB, Kanonaden Täkt och Förvaltning, AB and Bergbolaget i Götaland, AB. Kanonaden Entreprenad, AB and its subsidiaries have 188 employees. In 2016, their turnover amounted to SEK 708 million. The operating value of 100% of Kanonaden Entreprenad, AB is SEK 260 million.
Kanonaden is a construction company that performs earthwork, district heating, cabling, water and drainage work, concrete work, wind power and road construction. The company’s head office is located in Nässjö, Småland. The company operates throughout Southern Sweden including Stockholm and Gothenburg (Göteborg).
