SportingPulse International which later became Genius Sports, is one of the worldwide leaders in IT solutions related to sports statistics. UAB Media Benz Telekomunikacijos, which became UAB Genius Sports LT after the transaction has been one of the leaders in IT solutions related to European basketball statistics.
GLIMSTEDT advised the client on structuring and planning of the transaction, performed legal due diligence the target firm as well as drafted transaction documentation.
