Vilnius and Tallinn law offices GLIMSTEDT advised distribution and logistics leader Sanitex on the acquisition of 100 % shares from OÜ Landcom in Agora DC OÜ, a company engaged in warehousing, transportation and other logistics services. The transaction was closed on 9 June 2016.
GLIMSTEDT lawyers drafted transaction documents, represented the client in negotiations, provided legal assistance with the structuring of the transaction, obtaining merger clearance from the Competition Council and provided other legal support on all transaction related legal matters.
