Glimstedt advised Rubbintec, Inc. on investment in recycling R&D Polylema

US-based Rubbintec, Inc. invested in UAB Polylema engaged in research and experimental development (R&D) of used tire recycling technologies in Kaunas FEZ. Following this transaction Rubbintec, Inc. became a major shareholder of UAB Polylema and plans further research, development and adaptation of Rubbintec, Inc. patented used tires recycling technology for industrial-scale production, thus offering the market a safe and environmentally friendly used tires recycling technology. The total value of investments, including EU structural funds, shall exceed 2.8 million EUR over 3 years.
