Glimstedt advised on one of the largest transactions recently: General Electric becomes partner in E Enegija’s wind farm in Telšiai

Glimstedt has advised GE Energy Financial Services on its investment in E Energija‘s 68.9MW wind farm in Telšiai, which uses GE‘s Cypress 5.3MW turbines. It is one of the largest transactions in Lithuania recently and the first investment of this kind by a global energy giant in Lithuania.

Glimstedt acted as a legal advisor to GE and advised the client on all transaction related matters. Project team was led by Partner Aušra Maliauskaitė-Embrektė and included Senior Associate Jurgita Zakarauskienė, Senior Associate Michailas Molis, Senior Associate Justinas Poderis, Senior Associate Daiva Čekanavičienė, Associate Partner Audrius Žvybas, Associate Laura Tunkevičiūtė, Associate Simona Butkutė, Senior Associate Artūras Tukleris and other lawyers.
