Law Firm GLIMSTEDT advised Newsec, a leading real estate advisory company in the Nordic and Baltic region, in three transactions: acquisition of real estate brokerage company UAB Luminor Būstas from the bank Luminor and investment in UAB Trečia Diena, the controller of the crowdfunding platform Rontgen (both transactions performed in Lithuania), and the signing of a cooperation agreement with Redgate Capital, a Baltic investment banking company (the transaction performed in Estonia).
