Investment and Business Guarantees (INVEGA) and LitCapital team have signed an agreement to launch a new venture capital fund LcX Opportunity Fund. The newly established venture capital fund will implement the financial instrument Development Fund II launched by Ministry of Economy with a purpose of financing business development.
GLIMSTEDT has been acting as its legal advisor. The team was composed of partner Andrius Ivanauskas, senior associate Michailas Molis and associate Domantas Gudonis.
