UAB Litana ir Ko has signed a general contractor agreement with SIA MD Galerija Azur, jointly owned by the Rakauskas family and UAB Žabolis ir partneriai, on the reconstruction of the Atrium Azur Shopping Centre in Riga.
The reconstruction is expected to be completed by September 2019. The works are projected to cost approx. EUR 16 million, and the total contract value is estimated at approx. EUR 35 million. Upon completion of reconstruction, the total area of Atrium Azur will be expanded by almost one third up to 29,500 square meters. The anchor tenants will be Kesko senukai and Rimi, the same as before the reconstruction.
