GLIMSTEDT advised Linstow AS on the crossborder sale of its stake in UAB Baltijos parkai

Law firm GLIMSTEDT advised Linstow AS on the crossborder sale of its stake in UAB Baltijos parkai which holds Park Inn hotels in Vilnius and Klaipeda.

The hotels were acquired by UAB Green Hotel which expanded its Green Hotels chain. GLIMSTEDT advised the seller on the structuring and planning of the transaction, drafted transaction documents, as well as facilitated acquisition financing in one of the Lithuanian commercial banks.

GLIMSTEDT legal team was led by Andrius Ivanauskas, assisted by Sebastian Okinczyc and other GLIMSTEDT lawyers.
