GLIMSTEDT advised in one of the largest deals in energy sector

One of the largest recent energy sector deals was successfully closed on 21 May 2014. The State of Lithuania, through the state-controlled companies UAB EPSO-G and Lietuvos energija, UAB, acquired from the German company E.ON Ruhrgas International 38.9% of shares in AB Amber Grid, 38.9% of shares in AB Lietuvos dujos and 11.76% of shares in AB LESTO.
 
GLIMSTEDT advised in all phases of the deal: contributed to the structuring of the deal, drafted legal documents, represented E.ON Ruhrgas International in negotiations and rendered considerable assistance in the performance of the legal due diligence.
