GLIMSTEDT has advised APL Restaurants, which belongs to Estonia’s Apollo Group, on the acquisition Ozo Boulingas from Akropolis Group. Ozo boulingas operates bowling clubs in Akropolis shopping malls in Vilnius, Siauliai and Klaipeda. Apollo is an Estonian group of companies active in restaurants, entertainment and cinemas, among others. The transaction is subject to merger clearance.
