GLIMSTEDT team adviced PRECIA MOLEN in acquisition of Lithuanian MILVITEKA UAB.
PRECIA MOLEN, located in the Ardèche region (France), specialized in the design, manufacturing and sale of weighing instruments, acquired 100% of the Lithuanian company MILVITEKA UAB, located in Gargždai, Lithuania. MILVITEKA was created in 1995 and is specialized in the design and manufacturing of bulk material handling solutions.
GLIMSTEDT advised PRECIA MOLEN throughout the whole process, drafted transaction documents and represented in the negotiation with the Lithuanian company.
