Giedrė Rimkūnaitė-Manke, Associate Partner at GLIMSTEDT, participated in ITechLaw President’s roadshow in the Central Europe

On 25-29 August, Sajai Singh, the President of ITechLaw (International Technology Law Association), Susan Barty, the Treasurer of ITechLaw, and Giedrė Rimkūnaitė-Manke held meetings with the leading practitioners in Poland, Hungary, and Romania. The main goal of the meetings was to discuss the information technology market in these countries and around the world, the increasing involvement of lawyers in it, to spread information about ITechLaw in the Central Europe, and to invite the lawyers interested in technology law to join the organisation.
The meetings offered a great possibility to network with the colleagues in the Central Europe, make new contacts, share experiences and best practices with technology lawyers from other regions, and to discuss the future cooperation).
ITechLaw is a not-for-profit organisation set up to inform and educate lawyers about the unique legal issues arising from the evolution, production, marketing, acquisition and use of information and communications technology. It has been serving the law community since 1971 and is now one of the most widely established and largest associations of its kind. ITechLaw has about 1,000 members from more than 60 countries. GLIMSTEDT has been a member of this network since 2010.
