Awards for the Best Masters Thesis done and defended on the subject of Business Law

This year, Awards for the Best Master’s Thesis done and defended on the subject of Business Law have been handed out by „Bernotas & Dominas GLIMSTEDT“ as a result of the ongoing cooperation between the Law Firm and the Law Faculty of Vilnius University.
The First-Place Award and the Main Prize has been won by Asta Zokaitytė, Business Law Student, for her thesis Application of EU Competition Rules to Acts Restricting Parallel Sales. The Second-Place Award has been won by Oksana Kostogriz, Business Law Student, for her thesis Set-Off as Grounds for Obligations to Expire and Legal Practice. The Third-Place Award has been won by Gintarė Janikūnaitė, International & EU Law Student, for her thesis Legal Contents of Free Movement of Goods and of Freedom to Provide Service under EU Law Compared.
