Associated Partner Giedrė Rimkūnaitė Attended a Discussion Seminar Social Media: Challenges to Corporate Reputation

On 8 February 2011, Giedrė Rimkūnaitė, Associate Partner, together with Mr. Dainius Blynas, Digital Marketing Consultant, Mr. Artūras Jonkus, Partner of Publicum Group, and Ms. Živilė Valeišienė, Human Resource Manager of Omnitel, attended a discussion seminar entitled ‘Social Media: Challenges to Corporate Reputation’. Discussed at the seminar was the current situation and future prospects of social media in Lithuania, and also challenges that the social media may pose to corporate (business) reputation. Giedrė Rimkūnaitė introduced the legal aspects of social media use, focusing on legal values that may become vulnerable and on legal remedies that may be sought by companies to have their rights and interests protected. A discussion seminar on the same subject will also be held in Klaipėda on 25 February 2011.
