Associate Justinas Poderis speaks on small wind farms

On 19 October, Associate Justinas Poderis attended a seminar organized by the Lithuanian Energy Institute on the Prospects for Small-Scale Wind Energy in Lithuania. He delivered a presentation devoted to the legal and regulatory issues of small wind farm development.
Other presentations at the seminar were given by Mr Lauras Balsevičius, Managing Director of IĮ Entiumas, prof. Alfredas Lankauskas, Dean of Natural Sciences at the Šiauliai University, a delegate from the Lithuanian Environmental Protection Investment Fund, and others.
