Andrius Ivanauskas speaks at a seminar of acquisitions and corporate governance

Associated Partner Andrius Ivanauskas delivered a presentation on the legal aspects of acquisitions and corporate governance at a seminar held by Investuok Magazine on 23 January 2014. In his presentation Mr Ivanauskas underlined the importance of legal documentation and pointed out crucial aspects to be considered before a contract is made. He also named the most common mistakes creating major problems for the investors and shareholders and pointed out the measures to avoid them thus ensuring smoother acquisitions and corporate governance.
