Andrius Ivanauskas becomes new GLIMSTEDT partner

Andrius Ivanauskas, one of the top competition experts in Lithuania, currently leading the firm’s Competition and EU Law, and Venture Capital and Private Equity practise, has been promoted to become the eighth partner at the Vilnius Office of law firm GLIMSTEDT as from the beginning of the year.

Andrius Ivanauskas has been working for GLIMSTEDT for 12 years, since 2004, and has been counselling clients on M&A transactions and also in the areas of competition law, banking and finance.

Andrius Ivanauskas is a current member and former Chairman of the Legal and Regulatory Committee of the Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Andrius holds a MA degree in Law from the University of Vilnius, and a LL.M degree in European Private Law from the University of Amsterdam.
