Acquisition of UAB Fauga and of its subsidiaries is finally closed

BYGGLEVERANDØRENE AS (Norway) has acquired 100% of shares of UAB Fauga and PVC windows production business. The subsidiaries of UAB Fauga and the door and garage gates business have been acquired by UAB Namo harmonija.
GLIMSTEDT advised UAB Fauga, the seller, and UAB Namo hamonija, the purchaser of the subsidiaries of UAB Fauga.
