AB City Service closed the deal in Spain

On 25 September AB City Service acquired Aldesa Servicios y Mantenimiento S.A., operating under the Concentra trademark. 100% of shares and the extended shareholders’ loans purchased by AB City Service were worth EUR 7.345 million in total. According to unaudited financial statements, the carrying value of the shareholders’ equity and the loans extended by the shareholders was EUR 7.5 million as at 31 July 2013.
Concentra is named among the Top 30 companies in Spain.
