For contracting authorities the firm:

  • prepares tender documents (including real estate lease tenders), draft public procurement contracts and other tender documentation;

  • represents contracting authorities in legal proceedings and dispute resolution proceedings at public authorities;

For private persons (tenderers) the firm:

  • consults on preparation of proposals and clarification of proposals;
  • consults on the preparation of questions for contracting authorities and consults on the conclusion and execution of public procurement contracts;
  • represents the private partner in the negotiations;
  • prepares claims for contracting authorities and complaints for the Public Procurement Office as well as represents the contracting authorities in legal proceedings and in dispute resolution proceedings at public authorities.  

 

  • consulting the contracting authorities on execution and modification of contracts entered into in accordance with FIDIC conditions;
  • representation of private subject in a civil case for the project worth 3 million. EUR;
  • representation of private subject in a civil case regarding 3G coverage and the moment on which the tenderer much meet the qualification requirements;
  • representation of entity in civil case on entitys‘contracting authority status;
  • representation of private subject in civil case concerning the provision of services at the end of a public procurement contract expiry;
  • consulting the EU Structural Funds projects implementing authorities;
  • representation of private subject in the Court of Justice of European Union for a preliminary ruling in the case of public procurement law;
  • representation of private subject in the General Court in a case concerning the obligation for contracting authorities to give reasons for its decisions;
  • consulting the subjects in tender procedures covered by the Law on Public Procurement in the defence and security field;
  • representing the Procurement commission members in the administrative proceedings.
