We advise our long-standing client ArcelorMittal on questions of energy supply and supply contracts;

We advise Optimera Estonia AS, the leading seller of construction materials in the Baltic states for the Saint-Gobain Group, on questions of electricity supply;

We advised the textile producer Baltic Fibres OÜ in signing a contract for tolerating engineering installations;

We advise AS Eesti Raudtee, Estonia's largest railway transport and rail infrastructure company, on electricity network management issues;

We have advised Elering AS, the transmission system operator of the Estonian electricity market, on questions of energy policy concerning electricity infrastructure, land use and the certification of electrical grid operators;

We have advised AS Sillamäe Soojuselektrijaam on the making of amendments to the regulation of the electricity market. AS Sillamäe Soojuselektrijaam produces electricity and heat, runs a distribution network and sells energy, and its largest shareholder is Molycorp Silmet;

We assisted AF-Consulting AS, part of ÅF Group, the European leader in technical consulting, with the negotiations for the public procurement to provide owner engineer consulting services to Eesti Energia Narva Elektrijaamad AS for the management of the new 2 x 300 MWe oil shale fired CFB thermal power plant;

We helped NG Investeeringud AS with questions about buying electricity. NG Investeeringud is an Estonian investment and holding company which is part of the group that contains the industrial companies Balbiino and Kitman; the real estate companies Roseni Majad and Roseni Kinnisvara; the general retailers Tallinn Department Store (Tallinna Kaubamaja) and Tartu Department Store (Tartu Kaubamaja); the supermarket chain Selver; the leather and footwear stores ABC King, SHU and NERO; the beauty store I.L.U.; and the KIA car sales concessions in the Baltic countries;

We advised several companies in the Capital Mill real estate investment group on matters regarding electricity network services and on electricity sales issues;

We advise the electricity generating company Pluvo on issues related to the management of electricity networks;

We advise one of Europe's largest energy firms on questions of energy, business and competition law;

We have assisted the electricity network companies Imatra Elekter, Tööstusinvesteeringute AS and Phoenix Land with drafting the contracts and standard terms needed for supplying network services and selling electricity, and we have advocated their full compliance at the Competition Authority;

We advised Dvigatel Energeetika, part of the Mainor Group, on issues concerning engineering installations;

We advise the real estate company Palm Grupp on questions of electricity supply to real estate properties;

We advise AS Generaator on joining an electricity producer to an electricity network;

We have advised a number of individuals in cases of damage caused by electricity networks;

GLIMSTEDT and Äripäev have together hosted an annual energy conference, in November 2011, May 2012, and November 2012;

From September 2011 to April 2012, GLIMSTEDT and Elering AS held eight energy law seminars to help stakeholders in the Estonian electricity market prepare for the opening of the market on 1 January 2013.
