Advised Elav Õlu OÜ in submission of an application to Chancellor of Justice in relation to restrictions to freedom of entrepreneursip and obstacles to the planned business model in order to investigate the constitutionality of the obstacles and the proportionality of the administrative burden to the entrepreneur in comparison to the targeted aim of the restriction. As a result of the actions taken by the Chancellor of Justice, the Tax and Customs Board amended its interpretation of the law to be more business friendly and open to the specific business model.
