Competition

Competition
Competition law provides a means for controlling concentrations between businesses, the use of a dominant position, prohibited agreements, state aid and unfair competition. It allows intervention in business freedom and forbids practices that distort the market and harm competition.
Our attorneys and lawyers advise companies, state and local government authorities, regulators and supervisors, business associations and other clients concerned with any issues of Estonian or European Union competition law.

The Legal 500 (2012): "Practice head Marko Tiiman adopts a ‘practical approach’."
