  • advising national LNG supplier LITGAS on the revolving facility exceeding EUR 120 million;
  • advising the investment fund on the potential acquisition of the “bad” part of Ūkio bank;
  • representing a pool of creditors in Ūkio bank bankruptcy, in the split-up of Ūkio bank and in disputes on the approval of creditory claims;
  • advising Raiffeisen Bank International, one the largest CEE financial groups, on the repayment of inter-bank credit;
  • representing a pool of creditors in Snoras bank bankruptcy and in disputes on the approval of creditory claims;
  • advising the credit unions on legal matters related to the transformation into a commercial bank, repayment of credits, consumer protection and other matters;
  • representing a group of investors led by Ripplewood Advisors in their acquisition of Citadele bank in Latvia and Lithuania Advising the fund manager on the structuring of the Business Angels' Fund established under the JEREMIE initiative launched by the European Investment Fund;
  • advising OOO OMA, a Byelorussian DIY chain-store, and its stakeholders on the credit facility made available by the International Finance Corporation (the World Bank Group);
  • restructuring of the local financial arrangements between Baltic Commercial Properties AS, Baltic Sea Properties AS (funds formerly operated under the brand-name “Verdispar”) and SEB, Nordea and Swedbank Rendering year after year advice to numerous foreign banks and fund managers, such as  BNP Paribas, Northern Trust, State Street Bank and some others, on Lithuanian law and practice in connection with the securities regulation and sovereign debt;
  • representing an Estonian client before the Lithuanian Securities Commission and the courts in the first securities manipulation case involving foreign jurisdiction of the Lithuanian Securities Commission;
  • representing US-based Export-Import Bank and its assignees in the bankruptcy proceedings against Ekranas; 
  • represenation of the seller in the complex transaction in selling the market leader of polymer materials UAB „Heliopolis“ and its parent company UAB „Oracal lipnioji plėvelė“
  • cross-border handling a pan-Baltic UniCredit bank centralisation project, the first project of a kind in the Baltics, and further exit of the bank from the Baltics.
  • assisting Emerging Europe Land Development (Norwegian real estate investment fund) in a complicated matter with regard to collateral over the loan granted by the fund managers to the fund;
  • advising Royal Unibrew A/S and its Lithuanian subsidiary UAB Kalnapilio Tauro Grupe on the multibillion club facility arrangement with Danske Bank AS, Nordea Bank Danmark AS and Nykredit Bank AS;
  • advising Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG on the extension of the multimillion credit facility provided to UAB Mulga, owner of Babilonas shopping centre in Vilnius;
  • structuring of finance and shareholding structure, management and operatorship for the largest in the Baltics retail center Ozas (150,000 sq.m);
  • advising the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on its EUR 20 million equity investment into and loan financing of E Energija UAB, an energy company having operations in Lithuania, Latvia and Ukraine;
  • advising Hypo Real Estate Bank International AG on the financing of a UK investment fund Dawnay Day Carpathian in its EUR 33 million acquisition of Babilonas, the Lithuanian shopping and entertainment centre;
  • advising on the EUR 40 million equity and debt financing of the largest Lithuanian wind turbine park (under construction);
  • advising the local borrower on refinancing by Eurohypo AG of a EUR 30 million syndicated loan from the local financial institutions;
  • acting for syndicate of banks in relation to a USD 29 million loan facility to Mazeikiai Oil refinery;
  • EBRD‘s Baltic Post privatisation Fund equity and financial investment in the Lithuanian textile, food processing and IT sectors;
  • IFC and EBRD financing of major Lithuanian fertilizer producer Lifosa AB;
  • IFC financial and quasi-equity investment in the largest Lithuanian TV tube producer, Ekranas;
  • EBRD financing the renovation of Kaunas Water Company;
  • financing of 20 000 square metre modern commercial property Business Centre 2000;
  • major Lithuanian mobile operator Omnitel credit facility arrangements with several international financial institutions;
  • consulting for various Western banks in financing projects (Standard Bank, SEB, Nordic Investment Bank, ABN Amro Bank, Overseas Private Investment Corporation, Kredyt Bank PBI S.A.).
